We’ll send you your festival kit, which contains your invitation card and IQOS Curious X bracelet, conveniently to your home. On the day of the festival for which you’ve purchased a ticket, simply present both items along with your ID at the festival accreditation desk to redeem your official festival ticket.
A few days before the event, we’ll send you an SMS with the most important points and detailed information on how to redeem your ticket.
Please note that a maximum of 2 tickets are available per person, while stocks last. If you purchase 2 tickets, the accompanying person needs to be an adult aged 18 or over in order to access the IQOS zone House of Curious.
