How can I redeem an IQOS voucher?
You can redeem your voucher in the IQOS online store. To enter your voucher code in the shopping cart, you must be logged in to your IQOS account. Once you have added a product to the shopping cart, you can enter the voucher code via the ""Enter voucher code"" field and confirm with ""Ok"". The purchase total will be automatically reduced by the voucher value. Click on ""Continue to checkout"" to proceed to payment.
Please note that vouchers cannot be combined. To make the purchase and redeem your voucher code, you must register and log in to iqos.com.

Can I combine voucher codes?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple vouchers. However, it is possible to redeem voucher codes such as the MYFRIEND Code from the referral program during special promotional periods.
Can I redeem additional IQOS vouchers during a promotion (e.g. price reduction)?
Yes. You can redeem an additional code (such as the MYFRIEND Code) in the shopping basket during a special promotion period.
I have changed my mind, can I change or cancel my order?
You cannot subsequently change your order or cancel it yourself. Please contact IQOS customer service, who will then cancel the order on your behalf.
How can I reverse the entry of an IQOS voucher?
If you want to delete an IQOS voucher you have already entered, click on ""remove"" in the overview before you make the payment. IQOS vouchers usually have a limited validity period and can only be redeemed for one product in the shopping cart.
If you want to remove a MYFRIEND code, you will first need to clear your entire shopping cart. If you would like to receive personal assistance, our customer support team will be happy to help you.
Why can't I redeem my IQOS voucher?
Please note that a voucher code can only be used once and must be redeemed within a certain period of time. The validity period cannot be extended.
In addition, the IQOS Friends Code was changed on 06.10.2021 and is now 17-digit instead of six-digit as before. If you still have a six-digit code, just ask your friend for the new code or convert the expired code to a new valid code here .
