How can I register on IQOS.com?
To register, please visit iqos.com and click on "Club" in the upper right corner. Now click on "Enjoy privileges". Then enter an email address, a password as well as contact information and complete the age verification.
I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it in the "Login" section. After clicking the login button, go to "Forgot password" and enter the email address you used when creating the account.
How can I delete my profile / IQOS Account?
Simply reach out to our support team. Our experts will promptly assist with this type of request.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after registering with IQOS?
If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. Make sure you have entered the email address for your account correctly.
Why do I get an error message when registering with IQOS?
If an error message appears during registration (input field marked in red), you may not have entered the information completely or there may be a typo.
If the registration cannot be completed, you will receive a separate error message (e.g. if you have entered an invalid e-mail address or are trying to register more than once with the same e-mail address). In such cases, please follow the instructions in the error messages.
Can I register additional IQOS devices?
Yes, you can register additional devices in your IQOS account. Go to "My Devices" in your account and click "Add Device".
