IQOS ILUMA / IQOS ILUMA PRIME: To reset your device, place the Holder in the Pocket Charger and press the button for 10 seconds, then release. All lights will turn off, flash twice, and turn back on to confirm a successful reset.

What to do if I put a TEREA tobacco stick the wrong way round in my IQOS ILUMA holder?
If the heating phase has not yet started, simply remove the tobacco stick. If your IQOS has already started the heating phase, turn off your IQOS and wait 30 seconds for it to cool down. Then try to carefully remove it from the device with fine tweezers or a toothpick and dispose of it immediately. Please do not use sharp tools to remove the stick, otherwise you may damage your device, which is not covered by the warranty in this case.

No, the IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA PRIME Holders are not compatible with the IQOS 3 DUO or older generations (IQOS 3, IQOS 2.4 Plus) Pocket Chargers. However, the IQOS ILUMA PRIME and IQOS ILUMA Holders are compatible with the IQOS ILUMA Pocket Charger.
The ILUMA series devices can also be charged via the IQOS 3 DUO series cable and power adaptor.

How does IQOS ILUMA adapt to my rhythm of consumption?
IQOS ILUMA PRIME and IQOS ILUMA devices allow you 2 consecutive uses before you need to recharge the Holder with your Pocket Charger. After the first use, a light will illuminate on your Holder to indicate that you have one use remaining. If you want to use the Holder again right away, it will be ready to use right away.
If you don't need the second use immediately, simply place your Holder back in the Pocket Charger to quickly recharge it and have 2 uses available again.
IQOS ILUMA ONE can be used up to 20 times in a row before it needs to be charged again.
