TEREA sticks are designed to be used only with IQOS ILUMA, so don’t try and use TEREA sticks with blade IQOS 3 devices because it might get damaged. That’s because the new SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM™ has no blade in the holder. Instead, a metal heating element sits inside the TEREA tobacco stick. You will not be able to enjoy TEREA tobacco stick with IQOS 3 DUO blade technology.
How can I replace a broken IQOS heating blade ?
If your IQOS heating blade is broken and your warranty is experienced you are no longer eligible for the replacement, however you can participate to the Take Back program or Exchange program.
What can I do to avoid damaging the heating blade in the future? Do not apply pressure to the heating blade when cleaning the Holder and never rotate the tobacco stick in the Holder. Also avoid inserting the cap incorrectly on the Holder.
