DELIA tobacco sticks are available in four different varieties with the familiar flavors of proven tobacco classics.
- DELIA Classic Red: Full-bodied, toasted tobacco blend coupled with malty aroma notes.
- DELIA Classic Gold: Mellow and aromatic tobacco blend coupled with nutty aroma notes.
- DELIA Classic Green: Slightly toasted tobacco blend with crisp menthol cooling note.
- DELIA Classic Purple: Mellow tobacco blend with cooling sensations and dark berry aroma notes.
Where is DELIA produced and can I buy it abroad?
DELIA is produced in Italy. Currently, DELIA is only available in Switzerland.

What do IOQS 3 device vibrations mean?
Holder vibrations are activated in the following situations:
- At the start of heating (once you press the Holder Button to start)
- When the experience is nearly complete (30 seconds prior the end)
IQOS 3 MULTI vibrations are activated in the following situations:
- At the start of the heating (once you press the Button to start) - one vibration
- When the device is ready to be used - two vibrations
- When the experience is nearly complete (30 seconds prior the end of the tobacco session) - two vibrations
IQOS 3 DUO Holder vibrations are activated in the following situations:
- At the start of the heating (once you press the Holder Button to start) - one vibration
- When the device is ready to be used – two vibrations

What temperature does my IQOS 3 device work best at?
IQOS 3 is designed to work in a wide range of temperatures, but HEETS tobacco stick tastes best when the device is used between 0℃ and 50℃.
IQOS 3 DUO is designed to work in a wide range of temperatures, but HEETSTM tobacco stick taste best when the device is used between 0°C and 50°C.
IQOS 3 MULTI is designed to work in a wide range of temperatures, but HEETS tobacco sticks taste best when the device is used between 0℃ and 50℃.
Can I change the IOQS ILUMA PRIME wrap?
You can. Open the wrap fully on your device and pull it out, from the top down. Now you can easily remove it from the pocket charger. To attach your new wrap, slide the linear magnets into the same shaped recesses on the Pocket Charger. It’s now uniquely yours.
Are the devices in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range eligible for the Referral program and Exchange program?
As of 14 September, 2023 the devices in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range are eligible for our Referral program as well as for our IQOS Exchange Program.
Do devices in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range have voluntary warranty? What does this covered by?
The devices in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range come with 24 months manufacturer voluntary warranty, like new devices.
This is offered in addition and without prejudice to all rights and remedies provided by consumer protection laws in the country of purchase.
The voluntary warranty for the devices in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range cover repair or replacement of the refreshed devices, Holder and/or Pocket Charger, which are defective in terms of material or workmanship.
The following examples explain what is not covered by the voluntary warranty:
1. Damage caused by normal wear and tear
2. Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, broken plastic etc.)
3. Malfunction due to use with non-compatible products
4. Battery performance degradation.

Can I return a device in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range if I don’t like it, it has a defect or is faulty?
A device in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range can be returned with the same conditions applicable to all IQOS products, they benefit from the same support services as new IQOS device.
- If you don’t like it:
A device in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range can be returned in its entirety (Holder and Charger), within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product has to be totally unopened, and the consumer must have the receipt if he/she wants to return it to the Boutique or send it back by the Swiss Post (Orders placed on iqos.com cannot be returned in a Boutique)
- In case the Holder and/or Pocket Charger of a device in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range are defective in terms of material or workmanship:
If a device in the IQOS ILUMA Refreshed range has been used in accordance with the associated user guide and which is subject to a valid limited voluntary warranty claim, it will be repaired or replaced with refreshed components. The warranty duration is the same as a new IQOS device, 24 months.
If repair is not possible, replacement will be provided with a refreshed product or respective component of equivalent functionality.
